WDC-240C type bag noodle cartoning machine is a special wrap-type cartoning machine specially developed for industries such as instant noodles. It is mainly used in the back section of the instant noodle automatic production line to accept single-bag finished products packaged by pillow-type packaging machines, realizing single-package packaging. Automatic collection of packaged instant noodles, automatic sorting according to specified quantities, automatic arrangement of accumulation into one box, automatic boxing and forming, automatic boxing, automatic sealing and other automated action processes.
3. Cartoning machine host: realizes functions such as automatic unloading of sheet cardboard, carton preforming, product pushing, and automatic carton sealing.
The bagged instant noodles cartoning machine consists of three parts: a host machine, a station-type material grid conveyor belt, and one or more collection and sorting devices (hereinafter referred to as "accumulators"). The main machine part and the conveyor belt part are basically the same. The main difference between different forms of bagged surface automatic cartoning machines lies in the different forms of accumulators. The core of the WDC-240C bag surface automatic cartoning machine adopts a new form of accumulation device. The core component of the device looks like a "ratchet", so it is called a ratchet accumulation device. The composition and working principle of the ratchet collector are as follows:
① Conveyor belt ② Sponge pressure conveyor ③ Pusher positioning conveyor ④ turntable ⑤ Linear motion unit ⑥ Clamping mechanism
Feeding part: driven by a variable frequency three-phase motor, including conveyor belt ①, sponge upper pressure conveyor belt ②, push rod transmission and positioning conveyor belt ③, ratchet turntable ④ and other parts. There is a detection electric eye at ② where the sponge presses the conveyor belt to detect the position of the product. If the position is within the range of the material supply, the surface will be placed within the push rod pitch; if it is not within the range of the material supply, the motor will brake and the material will stop running, waiting for the next push rod pitch range before shooting the surface. The push rod conveyor belt ③ and the ratchet turntable ④ run synchronously. One push rod corresponds to one ratchet index, ensuring a one-to-one relationship. The drive system of both is a servo system, which sets the "feeding range" based on the data of the encoder. The sponge presses the conveyor belt ② based on this "feeding range" to determine whether to inject the instant noodles into the push rod and transfer the positioning conveyor belt ③. Since the sponge is used to press the conveyor belt and the ratchet turntable, there is almost no collision with the instant noodles during the accumulation process, reducing the broken noodle rate.
Sorting collection part: Sort the instant noodles according to the specified set quantity. Then the single rows are assembled into a box combination, and finally pushed into the station-type material grid conveyor belt. This part is fully servo controlled. The specific actions are as follows:
(1) Lifting and distributing device:
There is a counting device on the ratchet turntable ④. When the material is full, the clamping mechanism ⑥ driven by the material distribution motor starts to move, clamping the material to the designated position. The cylinder baffle on the linear motion unit ⑤ falls, pushing a whole row of materials into A finishing platform. The clamping mechanism ⑥ returns to its original position after falling, waiting for the next material.
(2) Device for arranging materials in sequence:
The linear motion unit ⑤ pulls out the materials in the waiting position to the sorting platform, and pulls them out in batches until they are accumulated into n rows. The usual action method: for the first time, move the first row of materials to the first position, and for the second time, move the second row of materials to the first position. At the same time, the second row of materials will push the materials in the previous first position into the second position. position, and so on until the materials are accumulated into the specified number of rows to form a box of materials.
(3) Products pushing device:
The linear motion unit pushes the materials accumulated into a box into the cartoning machine conveyor belt at the specified time.
Cartoning machine conveyor belt: fully servo controlled, the servo motor uses a conveyor chain with a grid to transport the materials pushed by the above accumulator to the host pushing station.
Main body of the cartoning machine for sealing: The main body of the cartoning machine is driven by three servo motors to respectively drive the cardboard sucking and releasing device, the material pushing linear motion unit, and the carton conveying device to complete the sucking of cardboard, cardboard forming, pushing of materials, upper cover pre-folding, and loading. Actions such as spraying glue on the cover, spraying glue on the side cover, and pressing the side cover. Finally the carton is formed.
The speed of a single ratchet accumulator is 180 to 200 packs/min, and two accumulators can fully meet the production capacity of 260 packs/min.
